About the designers:

Founder Gina LoCurcio is an artist, designer, photographer and filmmaker. She interprets light as a combination of color, reflection, shadow and spunk. She is a real estate investor and Airbnb Superhost. She designs her properties to express her passion for the visual arts, creating an experiential sense of glamour, adventure and joy. Her longstanding role as President of Umlaut Films has given her the opportunity to develop business acumen and cultivate long-term client relationships.

Barbara Custer studied staging at the New York Institute of Art and Design. She holds a Graduate degree in Art and Design from Sonoma State University. She is a graduate of the MJE Institute of Asian studies of San Francisco, California in Feng Shui. She currently studies home styling and re-designing through the Ultimate Design Academy.

She believes home staging and home styling must reflect not only beauty but functionality.

For home staging, she works closely with realtors to consider current market trends and demographics. Home staging needs to elevate and highlight the best features of properties so that they not only show well on MLS listings, but bring top dollar.

For home styling and re-designing, she guides owners through the process of choosing what will best suit their family’s needs. Budget, design style, functionality and lifestyle all factor in to determine finishings and furniture. She creates spaces to combine maximum functionality with environments that are peaceful and beautiful.

She founded East West Optimum Health in Mill Valley, CA, where she practices Chinese Medicine and Feng Shui.

JunJun Li is an artist and designer. She creates art spaces with the intention that life is about realizing possibilities. Her work is a dynamic encounter with perceiving and interpreting nature. Born and educated in China, her art reflects the unique cross-cultural journey she has taken from China to California. She recently built a Tiny House in the deep woods of Sebastopol and enjoys painting in her studio. She frequently travels to immerse herself in inspiring cultures and landscapes, and to explore different expressions of humanity.
